What do I do if my product is faulty and am I eligible for a replacement?
The first step is to determine whether your product is faulty through a manufacturing fault or by
other means.
RC2 Learning Curve is happy to replace any faulty product for manufacturing fault, however we do
not cover un intentional misuse or wear & tear.

If you believe your product is faulty, you may send it into us for assessment:

What is the procedure for replacements?
Please see the following procedure/timeframe for replacements:
The product is sent in for assessment by customer - Postage at customers own cost.
The product is received by RC2 Learning Curve and is assessed, Customers details are logged in system.
If item is to be replaced, the replacement product will be sent out within 3-5 Working Days - Unless
otherwise stated. - Postage Paid by RC2 Learning Curve
Depending on what state you are located and the various peak periods of the year the postage
times can vary. As a general rule we say to give at least 5 working days postage time before
contacting us.
At this point if you still have not received
anything, it is best to contact us as we send 99% of our mail registered post we can track items
relatively easily.
How can I avoid postage costs?
Learning Curve does not pay for postage of faulty items to us. However we do
pay for any postage incurred back to the recipient.
The other option is to take the item back to the store of purchase as they may
be able to send the item in to us on your behalf (at their option)
How long will my replacement take to arrive?

Are replacements Brand New?
All replacements given are brand new, unless otherwise stated.
What do I do if my product does not come under the RC2 Warranty?
If your product has been damaged through another means, not a manufacturing fault
and has been sent in for assessment.
The item will be returned to you with a letter explaining why it has not replaced with
new product.
If you have not sent the product in to us,
and would like to discuss the possibility of a replacement please contact us

What do I do if I have lost a piece of my product?
If you have lost a piece or part of your product and would like to enquire whether a replacement may
be available please contact us
If we do not have the piece you have lost available at this time we are happy to keep your details on
a database and contact you when the piece becomes available.
Why are products discontinued or products deleted from the range?
RC2 Learning Curves products and ranges can change on a regular basis.
Characters/Designs/Vehicles can be discontinued to make way for newer characters/designs.
However this does not mean they are gone forever - they are quite often re-released at a later date,
new and refreshed.
